Doctor Who V Neck Fit and Flare Handmade Dress . This dress has a navy base with an all over TARDIS Police Box print, a v neck, and 3/4 length sleeves. The dress is a fit and flare style and the length is about knee length. It appears to have been a homemade so there is no size, but would best fit a 1X.
