Vintage Yellow Pleated Skirt

This skirt is tagged as a 28/30, but would best fit a size 2X, see below for the exact measurements. The skirt is made of a non-stretch material, but the pleating creates some generous space in the hip area. It has a zipper and button closure at the back. The skirt has had a lining cut out; it does not affect the structure of the skirt, but it does allow for more room in the hip area.
