Vintage Black Fit and Flare Dress with Rainbow Metallic Stripes from Melissa Masse Made to Measure. This dress does not have a size tag, but would best fit a size 2X, see below for the exact measurements. The bodice of the dress is a scoop neck with 3/4 length sleeves and has metallic threaded stripes in rainbow colors. The skirt has an a-line silhouette with skater skirt vibes. The material has a high stretch.
